The Covenant School began as a 'leap of faith' in pursuit of Academic Excellence under the Sovereignty of God. 现在, more than 35 years later, the Board of Directors celebrates the faithful who have contributed to its growth as well as those who will lead it into the future. The school has not only contributed in bountiful ways to the lives of my children but also has been a blessing to me. Our extraordinary faculty, devoted administration, and committed board members have modeled sound, 学院的, and Christ-like leadership that has changed the lives of many.
The Covenant School is governed by a Board of Directors, comprised of current and former parents, 校友, 朋友, and leading members of the community. The Board’s primary responsibility is to sustain the school’s mission through wise financial and strategic planning, establishing appropriate policies, and oversight of the school’s finances.
 
The Board appoints the Head of School, who reports directly to the Board. The Head of School is responsible for operating the school, selecting staff members, admitting students, directing curriculum, implementing programs, and communicating with parents and with the community at large.
